The addition of Barabas positions Alberti Lim for continued growth in the IP litigation segment and expands the firm’s capabilities handling matters in the district courts and before the International Trade Commission.  Russell Tonkovich, Alberti Lim partner, made the announcement.

Barabas holds an undergraduate technical degree from Dartmouth College and earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  He is admitted to practice law in the courts in New York and New Jersey as well as in the U.S. Patent Office.  He previously practiced at Latham Watkins LLP, working on significant, nationally followed patent litigations, and more recently at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf LLP.
